Making such a large purchase can be nerve wrecking but Tweeter helped alleviate that with their professional approach to your custom needs. Your sales team did a great job listing to what I needed and not selling me what I did not want. I gave them a budget and we picked out the best gear that fit my needs.

"I recently had my Chevy Avalanche decked out with a Pioneer AvicD3 navigation system, bluetooth, sirius radio, ipod adapter, steering wheel controls, JL audio 250/1 amp, and a JL audio center console 10" sub woofer stealthbox.

I could have purchased this equipment at any of the big box stores, yet chose Tweeter due to the installation issues I have heard of with the other two big electronics stores, Best Buy and Circuit City.

Johnny, the installer at the Manchester, NH store put all of this in my truck with amazing skill. The stereo equipment looks OEM installed, and the sound is off the charts compared with the original Bose system that I had. I honestly could not be happier with my truck's new sound system.

I am a repeat customer at Tweeter, and Johnny has single handedly ensured that I will be a repeat customer again.

"I visited a competitor's store before going to this one. When they saw a female with a teenage son they decided to try and lie to me about what needed to be done to build a custom sub box for my son's vehicle, and quoted an outrageous price. (Lucky for me, I work in a commercial garage and knew what they were up to.) It was refreshing to be treated fairly and to get such fantastic service from your employees. Not only were they courteous, they were extremely prompt with building the boxes I needed. I would like to escpecially commend Dominic who built the boxes, he was awesome!! "I purchased a Panasonic 50" 720p televsion from Tweeter on Friday, November 23, 2007. I was extremely satisfied with the entire shopping experience. The salesperson, Abraham Shojobi, was very professional, and exceeded all my service expectations. He demonstrated great knowledge of the product, and even offered suggestions for accessories and how to care for the televsion, and made sure all my questions were answered.

Your delivery team also exceeded my expectations. I was called in advance of delivery and he arrived punctual and friendly. It was raining that day, and he went the extra step to make sure the carpets didn't get wet. He also made sure the television arrived in perfect condition. Interacting with him only enhanced the entire positive experience with Tweeter.

"Maurice Vick handled the in home consultation. He did a fantastic job. We bought a Pioneer plasma tv PRO FHD 1 that was mounted on the wall and Sharpe surround system and a Sony blu ray dvd player. He did a great job working with me, my wife, and our builder (we were doubling the size of our family room) who all had different goals.

Everyone who comes over now loves the system and my guess is that you will eventually get other business from this including the builder. Your installation folks were very pleasant and also moved my old tv and some speakers for me and gave me some very good advice when they came about needing rewiring.

It was a wonderful experience and again I cannot say enough about the help
and advice that Maurice Vick provided.

"Early this morning before I boarded my plane to return to RI my wife informed me that there was a problem with our surround sound system and TV purchased from your local Warwick, RI Store. When I arrived back in RI, I contacted the store and spoke with Mr. Chris Boucher. I explained my situation and mentioned that with the biggest game of the year for the New England Patriots this comining Sunday I was in a panic mode that I would have to cancel our game time plans.

Chris, attempted to walk me through the possible problems and when that did not worked, stated that if I gave him my address he would stop by during his lunch hour. Well Chris Boucher just left and I cannot express to you and Mr. Boucher how grateful I am for his time and service.

"I consulted Tweeter about a home theater and built-in whole-home sound system as part of a home renovation project. Your store manager took a great deal of time with us to understand our needs and help us understand the options. They then visited our house on a Tuesday and put together a proposal for this very elaborate system in time for us to take advantage of Massachusetts' tax-free weekend on Saturday. They also took at least two hours of evening time to help us finalize our speaker choice.

"Earlier this year, I worked with Tweeter on a home theater system for a remodeled room. You made excellent recommendations and were very responsive to my needs. We are half-way through construction and yesterday Nathan and Jared completed pre-wire installation. Nathan assessed my needs and recommended in-ceiling rear speakers instead of the wall-mounted ones which I had purchased. Mike allowed me to make this exchange that same day.

In addition, Derrick and Brian (installers) did a fantastic job and stayed extra time to make sure they did the job right and set it up for all of our needs.
